Here's what that means for you:

Private telephone conversations: Discussions between our contributing experts and our clients are completely private and confidential. Neither IQExperts team members nor any other clients have access to these conversations.
Independent and unbiased insights: We are not concerned and don't have any idea about your trading positions and or planned investments. This ensures our experts remain unbiased and objective, providing you with exclusive and proprietary insights.

(1) For clients

Our clients must meet strict due diligence requirements. They may only engage experts who are legally and ethically authorized to share certain information in the respective project. The exchange must be transparent and verifiable. Compliance requirements are significant, and violations can have serious consequences.

How do we support our clients with this important issue?

Project-specific controls prevent clients from coming into contact with experts who are in a conflict of interest or who are prohibited from providing consulting services by their employer.

Our compliance systems reduce the risk of our experts accidentally requesting or receiving confidential information.

For maximum security and convenience, we have also developed a web-based compliance dashboard. It is available to our clients at all times and contains all relevant information about the respective experts. This includes biographies, profiles, and information about previous interactions.

Our clients can also store custom screening questions or their own agreements that experts must confirm before the start of the project.

In addition, clients can use the dashboard to inform their own compliance teams about consulting interviews with experts in advance - so that all relevant stakeholders can be involved internally and feedback can be obtained.

We support our clients throughout the entire project in fulfilling their due diligence obligations - and can also trace all relevant project steps transparently years later.

(2) For experts

At IQExperts, we understand the importance of safeguarding your sensitive information. That's why we prioritize confidentiality and ethical practices throughout every project.

Ironclad Agreements: Every expert we collaborate with signs a comprehensive agreement, including strict non-disclosure clauses. This agreement is reviewed and reaffirmed annually, ensuring everyone's commitment to information security.

Continuous Compliance Training: We go beyond agreements. Our experts participate in annual, interactive compliance training programs developed by IQExperts. These programs are tailored to specific industries and available in either English or German, ensuring in-depth understanding across the board. A key focus: "confidential information."

Safeguarding Your Secrets: We remind experts about confidentiality obligations at the start of every project. We emphasize our shared responsibility – even an unintentional leak can disrupt your projects and cost you valuable research time.

Mitigating Conflicts of Interest: Experts sometimes encounter situations that could create conflicts. To address this, IQExperts proactively identifies potential issues before project assignments. We leverage our vast database containing millions of responses to screening questions, giving us unparalleled insight into potential conflicts and specific expertise. Additionally, our trained staff supports experts in recognizing potential conflicts and guides them on navigating these situations ethically.

Transparency Throughout: Should an unexpected compliance concern arise during a project, experts are instructed to immediately halt the engagement. They are still compensated for their invested time.

(3) For employers

The IQExperts Compliance Framework takes into account all the requirements that employers impose on their employees in the case of expert work. For example, employed experts are not allowed to participate in projects that concern their current employer. In addition, experts must - unless they have an exemption due to their status - present a declaration of consent from their employer in order to participate in written, in-depth or ongoing IQExperts consulting projects. IQExperts also maintains a database of employer preferences to assist them in complying with any requirements.
